Calendar

One calendar, four views. The calendar shows every absence and its coverage across month, week, day, and agenda so you can answer whatever you're asking.

The calendar is SubHub's shared picture of who's out and when. Each absence shows up as an event you can open for the full coverage record.

How it works

  1. Coverage becomes calendar events
When a request is approved, it lands on the calendar as an event on the right dates.
  2. Switch the view to fit the question
The toolbar toggle flips between month, week, day, and agenda. Your place in time carries across views.
  3. Open an event for the details
Select any event to see the coverage record: teacher, sub, subjects, and status.

The four views

  • Month is the default, best for spotting clusters and planning ahead.
  • Week lays out seven days side by side.
  • Day spreads a single date across the hours.
  • Agenda is a chronological list grouped by date for fast scanning.
