Check your PTO balance

Your PTO balance is the paid time off you have left, in hours. SubHub shows it on your profile and checks against it every time you request coverage.

Every coverage request draws down paid time off. SubHub tracks your balance in hours so you always know where you stand before you ask to be out.

Find your balance

  1. Open your profile
    Go to your profile from the side rail. Your remaining PTO shows near the top, in hours.
  2. See it during a request
    The request wizard shows the hours a request will use and what's left after. A full day is eight hours, a half day is four.

Who sets it Your admin sets your starting balance and can adjust it. If your balance looks off, check with them (they manage it from manage users and PTO).
