Attach a lesson plan

A lesson plan tells your substitute exactly what to teach. Attach one to a request so it's ready the moment a sub claims the job.

Substitutes do their best work when they know the plan. You can attach a lesson plan while you request coverage, and the sub who claims the job sees it as soon as they pick it up.

Attach a plan during a request

  1. Reach the subjects step
    In the request wizard, get to the step where you confirm subjects.
  2. Upload the file
    Choose Add lesson plan and pick the file. A PDF or a doc both work.
  3. Submit the request
    The plan travels with the request. You don't email it separately, it's attached.

Stored securely Lesson plans are stored on secure file storage and shared only with the substitute assigned to that job, never the whole sub pool.
